Attempt to 'BREATHE'

KATHMANDU, Mar 24:  Since four days, locals living near Satdobato-Khumaltar road have blocked vehicular movements.

This is largely due to excessive air pollution that locals suffer every day. The locals had to resort to blocking vehicular movements because their pledge of timely road construction failed to yield results.
