Choco chip pancakes

    2 cups pancake mix

    1 cup milk or water

    ½ cup choco chips (regular or white)

    2 eggs (optional)

    Butter or vegetable oil

    Maple syrup, strawberries or any other topping you might want to add

    Add your toppings and serve

Chocolate dipped fruits

    1 cup chocolate (regular, dark or white according to your preference)

    2 tablespoon almond butter, peanut butter or coconut oil

    About 500g of fruits (you can put in smaller fruits as they are but you have to slice or dice bigger fruits)

    ¼ to ⅔ cup of nuts like almonds, walnuts, etc.

Extra requirement: A handful of toothpicks, wax paper or parchment paper

    Melt chocolate with the almond butter, peanut butter or coconut oil over the stove on medium heat or in the microwave for about a minute and pour it into a bowl.

●    Grind or chop the nuts and place them in another bowl.

    Stick a toothpick in all the fruits or sliced/diced fruits pieces.

●    Pick a fruit by the tip of the toothpick and dip the fruit completely inside the chocolate.

    Dip the chocolate covered part into the bowl with the grinded nuts.

    Place it on the wax paper or parchment paper and let it cool for about 30 minutes.

    Repeat the process with all pieces of fruits.

Chocolate fudge

    3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

    2 cups white sugar

    500 ml (2 ¼ cups) milk

    ¼ cup (approx 60 ml) butter

    ½ teaspoon salt

    2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Walnuts, almonds or any other desired add ons

Extra utensil required: 8x8 inch baking dish (optional)

    Mix together chocolate chips, butter, vanilla extract, salt, sugar and milk for about 2-3 minutes.

    Boil the above mixture on medium heat or heat it in the microwave until the chocolate chips melt. This will take 8-10 minutes on the stove and about 5 minutes in the microwave.

    Pour the mixture in a square utensil and place it inside the refrigerator until it sets. If you used the 8x8 inch baking dish then serve as it is. If you used a regular square dish then cut the fudge into square pieces and serve.
