Ncell Mela concludes, enchants visitors in three cities

KATHMANDU, January 14 : Ncell Mela concluded successfully on Saturday, entertaining thousands of visitors in three cities. The company organized the annaul carnival in Pokhara, Biratnagar and Lalitpur to get closer with customers and provide experience of faster mobile broadband—long-term evolution (LTE)/fourth generation (4G)—service.

As a part of the mela journey, the one-day fair was held in Jawalakhel Football Ground, Lalitpur, on Saturday. Visitors enjoyed performance by celebrities and brands, 4G theme based various games/activities and foods, among others in the mela, which was organized in Pokhara on December 23, Biratnagar on December 30 and on January 13 in Jawalakhel. 

The mela was fully fun filled with stage and ground entertainment activities including performance of celebrity artists, 4G theme based games, kids zone, magic show, food stalls and many more. 

The major attraction of the event was concert, in which artists like Shiva Pariyar, Indira Joshi, Aashish Rana (Laurey), famous Cobweb and 'The Edge' bands rocked visitors with their hit numbers. Crowd sang and danced in their songs in all the three cities. Participation of Saman Shrestha, winner and Animesh Shahi, 1st runner up of Roadies had added attraction in the mela.

Ncell remains committed towards enabling more people to enjoy benefits of mobile broadband, contributing to the vision of Digital Nepal.”

Different activities targeting youth, adults, and kids were included to ensure full entertainment to visitors. Children enjoyed trampoline, go-cart, temporary tattoo, freego ride, Disney princess castle and characters, among many others, in the kids zone. Alongside the event, Junior Singing Idol contest was also held to explore singing talents among children visiting the fair. 

The mela was also planned for Butwal on January 6. However, the company had cancelled the mela for some unavoidable circumstances.
