KATHMANDU, Jan 10: Supreme Court has fixed the joint session bench of Justices Purushottam Bhandari and Bam Kumar Shrestha for the case of Dr Govinda KC. According to the daily cause list published by the apex court, the bench has been changed for the hearing.

Dr KC has been presented at the bench and the hearing is about to begin in a short while. The recording of statement of Dr KC took place in the bench of Justices Om Prakash Mishra and Kedar Prasad Chalise on Tuesday.

Dr KC was arrested on Monday on the charge of contempt of court.
