Dec 24: The first edition of the National Sports Council Championship started from Sunday. The Championship features 29 sports and will be held in various parts of the country.  The Championship aims to select national teams and players for Asian and South Asian Games.

Dec 26: Manindra Singh won Mr Gay Handsome Nepal 2017. The second edition of Mr Gay Handsome Nepal was held at Rastriya Nach Ghar in Kathmandu on Tuesday. 

Dec 27: Workers restoring Temples of Hanuman Dhoka in Kathmandu. A debate between Department of Archeology and Kathmandu’s mayor has finally ended after the latter agreed to restore Rani Pokhari as per Malla architecture.

Dec 28: A boy does his part to douse a wildfire in Shankadhar Sakuwa Chowk, Thimi, Bhaktapur. 

Dec 29:  Youths dance at the 19^th Annual Pokhara Street Festival. Pokhara aims to generate 500,000 internal tourists during the weeklong Festival.

Dec 30: Biratnagar Warrior won the Everest Premier League by defeating Bhairahawa Gladiators by 1 runs in the thrilling last over. More than 16,000 audience were drawn into the final game.
