PM will resign after basis for national consensus is prepared: Sapkota

BIRATNAGAR, June 10: Minister for Information and Communications Agni Sapkota said Prime Minister will resign from his post when the basis for the consensus as per the five-point agreement was prepared.



Speaking with the media persons in Biratnagar Airport on Friday, he said prime minister is ready to resign only after the political parties forged agreement for the national consensus government.[break]



Unified CPN (Maoist) leaders have already removed the dual security system saying, currently, the three major parties are discussing for army integration, said Sapkota.



Minister Sapkota said the special committee´s decision will be implemented for the integration of PLA combatants in Nepal Army and for their reinstatement in package.



He added that within the next three months, a basis will be prepared regarding the army integration.



He said the government has taken the Sudan scam with care that the guilty will be punished ´whoever he is´.
