KATHMANDU, Nov 14: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has arrested a constable of Armed Police Force (APF) with Rs 7,000 bribe at Khajura Road in Nepalgunj, Banke.
Acting on a complaint that a constable was asking for bribe for releasing the seized goods from the customers, a CIAA team deployed from Kohalpur nabbed constable Shambhu Prasad Acharya from Khajura Road, Nepalgunj yesterday.
The anti-graft body is investigating the case after taking constable Acharya under control.
