KATHMANDU, March 22: The Youth and Women Groups of Jhiltung and Kolputar is set to organize the second Jhiltung Cross Country Race on Sunday. The organizers, speaking at a press meet in the capital, informed that around 150-200 participants are expected to take part in the tournament which will include national and international athletes. The race will start from Kolputar and will end on Kolputar. The athletes will also run to Belini, Rajodar, Khadkachhap, Majhgaun and Lamachaur. The distance of the race will be of 4.5 km. The organizers further informed that the winner of the tournament will take home Rs 15,000, while the runner-up will be rewarded with Rs 10,000. The third, the fourth, the fifth and the sixth place players will get Rs 5,000, Rs 3,000, Rs 2,000, Rs 1,000 respectively.
