BAITADI, Oct 1: A man died after falling off a cliff in Baitadi in the wee hours today. 

Jay Singh Karki, 22, of Rikhali of Dogadakedar Rural Municipality-7 fell from a cliff as he was on the way back to home after observing the night Dashain festival organised at the Darkuri Temple based in Dogadakedar-7.

He, left severely injured in the fall, breathed his last while being taken to the District Hospital, Baitadi, the District Police Office said. The dead body has been put in the same hospital for an autopsy.
