JANAKPURDHAM, Sept 13: Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has urged the Madhesi people to make his party ace in order to defeat those who hate and disrespect Madhes.

Addressing an election gathering here Wednesday, the NC President said the NC was for empowering the Madhesi people. "Only NC's victory in Madhes addresses the Madhes concern," he argued, adding that some political parties were creating discord and disharmony in the cohesive society.
Deuba reminded that he had talked to the Indian leaders on solving the problems of inundation in Madhes due to the dams constructed by India. An authority was being mulled to end the flood and inundation problems forever in Madhes.

On the occasion, senior leader Ramchandra Poudel said the politics of money must come to an end.
General Secretary Sashanka Koirala and Treasurer Sita Devi Yadav seconded President Deuba urging the voters to make NC the first in the election.

Leader Bimalendra Nidhi said some sections in the country were hatching conspiracy to discourage federalism. RSS
