DOLAKHA, June 4: Attorney Office in Dolakha has filed a charge sheet against CPN (Maoist Center) politburo members Devi Khadka, Ganga Karki and party's district committee chairman Bishal Khadka at the Dolakha District Court on the charge of murdering Kul Bahadur Tamang of Gaurishankar Rural Municipality.

The attorney office has filed the murder charge sheet against 40 individuals claiming their involvement in murdering Tamang. Among the 40, only nine are arrested so far. Charge sheeted Khadka is former Minister for State.

Tamang was killed and around a dozen injured after a fierce clash broke out between the cadres of CPN (Maoist Centre) and CPN-UML at Jungu of Gaurishankar Village Council, Dolakah on May 10.

Thirty-three-year-old UML cadre, Tamang, was killed in the clash that took place at Jungu Dahabari area.  
Another UML cadre, Dil Bahadur Buthathoki, from Gaurishankar Village Council – 2, had sustained serious injury.

Local leaders of the Maoist Center have been denying involvement of its leaders on the murder.
