KATHMANDU, July 15: Qatar Airways has won 'Worlds Best Business Class Awards 2016'.

The airline received the award, one of the best awards of Skytrax World Airline Awards, at a program held at  the Farnborough International Airshow in the United Kingdom on Tuesday.

The airline was voted the top airline for Best Business Class Airline Lounge and the Best Airline Staff Service in the Middle East.

The consumer-voted awards recognized the airline for its commitment to offering passengers an unrivalled travelling experience, according a statement issued by the Doha-based carrier.

“It is a very proud moment for Qatar Airways to be named World's Best Business Class, Best Business Class Airline Lounge and Best Airline Staff Service in the Middle East by the prestigious Skytrax World Airline Awards," Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, Akbar Al Baker, said in the statement.
