POKHARA, May 24: CPN-UML Mayor candidate Man Bahadur GC widened his lead with Nepali Congress candidate Ramjee Kunwar in Pokhara-Lekhnath Metropolitan City.
As per the latest vote count, GC has received 37451 votes while Kunwar has garnered 30277 votes so far. The office of returning officer in Pokhara is yet to count votes of 10 more wards.
In the contest of deputy-mayor, UML's Manju Gurung is taking lead with 35618 votes while NC's candidate Saraswati Gurung received 28210 votes so far.
