KATHMANDU, December 15: Murder accused, 40 year old, Sant bahadur Tamang and Keshab Lama, 32 years old, have been detained by the police in relation to the murder of a 15 year old boy Lailu Lama of Tarkeshwore VDC ward no. 5.

15 years after the murder of a minor Lailu Lama the police authorities have finally nabbed the accused in the case. The arrests were carried out on Saturday December 14.

Lailu Lama, a boy of 15 had succumbed to injuries in the hospital, caused by a fight that had taken place due to a dispute between locals. Lama was beaten and severely injured with a sharp knife and later succumbed to injuries while being treated at the local hospital.

The accused were detained by police on the evening of Saturday December 14 by a special task force of the Central Intelligence Bureau and are being held at the District police station in Nuwakot.
