Yadav claims as coordinator of Federal Alliance

KATHMANDU, May 7: Chairperson of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal Upendra Yadav has claimed that he still retains as the coordinator of Federal Alliance. Issuing a press statement on Sunday, Yadav clarified that he did not call any meeting of the alliance on Saturday.

Arguing that there has been no change in the leadership of the alliance, Yadav refuted the news as rumors. Yadav issued a press release following the meeting of the alliance on Saturday that approved Mahanta Thakur as its new coordinator.

Yadav claimed that the meeting could not make any decision as most of the top leaders of the alliance, including himself and spokesperson Dr Om Gurung were not aware of the meeting.
