Weather to be generally clear with partly cloudy skies

KATHMANDU, March 29: The weather in the hilly areas of the country is partly cloudy and the weather in the rest of the country is generally clear, according to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology.

This afternoon, the hilly areas of the country, including the Far Western Province, will remain partly cloudy. The weather will be generally clear with partly cloudy skies in the rest of the provinces.

There is a possibility of light rain with thunder and lightning at one or two places in the hilly areas of the country. Today, the weather will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of Koshi, Gandaki and Karnali provinces, and the weather will be generally clear in the rest of the country.

There is a possibility of light rain with thunder/lightning at one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces at night.
