Chinese envoy pays courtesy call on President Paudel

KATHMANDU, March 22: Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Chen Song paid a courtesy call on President Ram Chandra Poudel at the latter’s office in Shital Niwas on Wednesday. 

The Office of the President said that the two discussed bilateral relations and various areas of mutual interests between Nepal and China during the meeting.

This is the first time Ambassador Song met President Paudel after his election as the country’s head of the state on March 9.

Earlier, Indian Ambassador to Nepal Navin Srivastava and US Ambassador to Nepal Dean R. Thompson paid a courtesy call on President Paudel.
