KATHMANDU, Feb 2: Nepali Congress (NC) Spokesperson and Member of the House of Representatives Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat has said that the NC will soon come to the government.

Dr. Mahat, who is also a former minister, made the remarks while inaugurating the 'Inter Municipality 1st Tadi President's Cup Volleyball Tournament', in Tadi Rural Municipality of Nuwakot on Thursday. 

He said that people's work cannot be done when a party that is in power is liked less by the people. He claimed that after NC comes to the government, the whole country including Nuwakot will be prosperous.

“By forming an alliance, we exchanged views and cooperated to build a prosperous Nepal. As the largest party in the parliament, the NC should lead the government,” spokesperson Dr. Mahat said. 

“Despite becoming the largest party in parliament, NC is out of power due to instability. Do not be disappointed as the NC will reach the government in a few days to build a permanent political environment and political stability.”
