Tourist found dead in a hotel in Thamel

KATHMANDU, Jan 24: A tourist has been found dead in a hotel room in Thamel. Police sources said that the Indian tourist in his early 40s was found dead at Hotel Lily in Thamel on Tuesday.
According to Tourist Police Spokesperson Chandra Kishor Shah, the deceased has been identified as Saikat Ganguly, 42, from India.
The tourist police recovered the body and sent it to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for post-mortem. Shah said that further investigation into the case is underway.
