Vice President Pun bats for human rights

KATHMANDU, Dec 8: Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has drawn the attention of the concerned bodies to fully implement legal provisions related to human rights.

Addressing the 14th National Human Rights Conference held in Kathmandu on Thursday, Vice President Pun drew everyone's attention to the full implementation of legal provisions related to human rights.

He said that human rights violations have not stopped yet. According to the vice president, not all people feel that human rights have been upheld. Vice President Pun said that it is essential to ensure human rights for the welfare of the voiceless, oppressed, and marginalized people of the country.
