KATHMANDU, Nov 27: The Election Commission has decided to conduct the voting again in ten disputed polling centers of Dolakha.
CPN-UML candidate Bal Krishna Shivakoti had filed a complaint at the Election Commission alleging booth capture in the disputed areas during the November 20 election.
Following the complaint, the Election Commission had deployed a team for a field visit to investigate the allegation. Sources close to the Election Commission said that the EC decided to conduct the voting again upon the recommendation of the probe team.
As per the decision of the EC, voting will be held again at polling centers based at Baiteshwar Ward 6 (A,B,C), Baiteshwar-3, Kalidhunga (A,B,C), Baiteshwar-2 Jana Jyoti (A,B,4) and Jamune Health Post, Tama Koshi (A,B).
