BIRENDRANAGAR, Nov 20: Voting in Constituency 2 (B) of Surkhet has been postponed after the ballot papers were misplaced.
The voting process at the polling station in Simta Multiple Campus was postponed after the ballot papers of the House of Representatives were found in the ballot papers for the Provincial Assembly.
The controversy after 100 votes for the House of Representatives fell on the ballot boxes meant for collecting votes of the state assembly.
Chief District Officer of Surkhet Khagendra Prasad Rijal said that efforts are being made to resume voting by calling an all-party meeting.
