KATHMANDU, July 25: Shrawan is one of the holiest months in the Hindu calendar. It is also known as the month of Bol Bam and considered as an auspicious period to worship Lord Shiva.
Devotees bring holy water from Sundarijal and offer it at Pashupatinath. They also flock to Pashupatinath and Devghat, Chitwan for worshiping Lord Shiva on each Monday of Shrawan every year with the belief that they can get blessings from worshiping at the temple.
