KATHMANDU, Dec 18: Former Prime Minister and Chairperson of the CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the decision on MCC will be taken only after discussions with the ruling coalition parties.
Inaugurating the first Lumbini provincial convention of the CPN (Unified Socialist) -affiliated student organization ANNISU-WU in Nepalgunj today, Chairman Nepal urged Prime Minister Deuba to hold discussions with all parties on MCC.
"We are trying to hold a meeting among the five ruling parties on what to do about MCC and we are asking the Prime Minister to discuss the issue with all the parties," Nepal said. “The opinion of all the political parties should come into the discussion.”
He further added that the decision on MCC would be taken only after discussion among the five parties of the ruling coalition.
