KATHMANDU, Dec 3: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has stressed the need for the country to head toward elections at the earliest.
Speaking with media personnel at the party’s central office in the capital on Friday, Oli stressed the need for going for elections to elect a new government at the earliest “as the country hasn't performed well under the new leadership”. Stating that the coalition government has destroyed the foundation of democracy and led the country toward chaos, Oli said that there is no other option but to go for elections.
Furthermore, Oli also claimed that some of the parties of the coalition government have done nothing but stop and destroy the process of development.
