KATHMANDU, March 25: Police have arrested 12 fake examinees who sat for Nepal Army's recruitment examination on Saturday.
According to Kathmandu Metropolitan Police Chief SSP Bishwo Raj Pokharel, a total of 11 individuals were arrested from CIET College of Tinkune and one was arrested from Ratna Rajya School of New Baneshwar after they were found taking written examination on behalf of the candidates aspiring to become Nepal Army cadets.
Similarly, police have also arrested an individual for sending a fake examinee to take exam in his place. The arrested are being interrogated by the police.
Of the arrested, eight are male while four are female. They were arrested with the support of Nepal Army and Public Service Commission.
