UML standing committee meeting today

KATHMANDU, July 31: The main opposition party, CPN-UML, is scheduled to hold its standing committee meeting today. 

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 3PM at Tulasilal memorial Academy in Lalitpur.

Matters relating to giving full shape to the central department, preparing for the statute general convention and renewal of party membership, among others are going to be discussed in the meeting.

The UML has decided to hold the statute general convention from August 9 to 11. Likewise, the local level convention has been scheduled to be completed within August 31.
