KATHMANDU, July 7: The second dose of Vero Cell vaccine purchased from China will be administered in Lalitpur this Friday and Saturday.
The vaccination program is being held on July 9 and 10 for the citizens in the age group of 60 to 64 who have already been vaccinated with the first dose to prevent further spread of coronavirus in the country.
Dr Khageshwor Gelal, chief of the District Health Office, Lalitpur, through a notice informed that those who missed the second dose and who are scheduled to get the second dose are requested to go to the vaccination centers with the first dose card and identity card of any kind with photograph in it.
Similarly, the vaccine will be administered in all 14 wards of Godawari Municipality on Friday. According to the notice, the vaccination will be provided at the health post of the concerned ward of Godawari, Kitini in Taukhel and Saraswati Secondary School in Ward No. 12, Anandaban Hospital and the office of Ward No. 11.
