GAUSHALA, Dec 11: An elderly person died due to cold at Matihani VDC in Mahottari district this afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Nathuni Paswan, 70, of Matihani VDC-4.Paswan died at his home due to chilling cold following the cold wave for the past four days in the District, said Paswan's son, Sitaram.

Normal life in the district has been hit hard due increasing cold for the past one week. RSS
