PHOTOS: Rage against rape continues in the capital

KATHMANDU, Feb 13: Various human rights groups, activists, students and civil society groups have been staging protests and demonstrations against rape and murder all across the country.

A group of students staged a similar protest against the growing number of rape case and injustice at Maitigar in Kathmandu on Saturday.

Rape and murder of a teenage girl , Bhagarathi Bhatta, in Baitadi has erupted a fresh outcry among youths and activists. Those involved in the rape and murder of Bhatta are still at large.

In recent years, Nepal has witnessed sharp rise in rape and murder cases.
