Meditate: Spare a few minutes of your day to stay in tranquility and channelize your thoughts towards optimism. Practice positive affirmations: I am doing my best. I am being supported. I am capable.
Keep a diary: Journal your day. Pour out whatever is playing on your mind and heart into the pages of your diary. Make it your new best friend with whom you can vent out everything. Make sure to end every journal on a positive and hopeful note.
