Not because

Not because

Cities are busy not because they are the center,

Cities are busy because people are centered.

People are centered not because they are selfish,

People are centered because everything is so volatile.

Things are volatile not because they are solid,

Things are volatile because they happen without a quest.

Minds run fast not because they are supreme,

Minds run fast because they lack a proper depth.

Superficiality is extreme not because it’s needed,

Superficiality is extreme because it’s everywhere.

People are in hurry not because they want to chase something,

People are in hurry because they don’t want to be left out.

Being left out is to be alone not because we need company,

Being left out is to be alone because we don’t want to see out shallow self.

Dreams lack not because we don’t sleep,

Dreams lack because we are not awake.

Ambitions are being chased not because we want to discover,

Ambitions are being chased because we want to show.

Shows are seen not because we want to learn,

Shows are seen because we want to talk.

Talks are given not because we want a change,

Talks are given because we want a name.

Names are acquired not because we can now change,

Names are acquired because we can now range.

Cities are busy not because they are the center,

Cities are busy because people are so centered.

Not, because,
