Nepal Mobility Solutions introduces ‘JumJum’, a new ride-sharing platform for Kathmandu

KATHMANDU, May 12:  Nepal Mobility Solutions has launched ‘JumJum’, a new ride-sharing platform aimed at enhancing commuting experiences in Kathmandu and surrounding areas. Developed under the Nepal Mobility Solutions brand, JumJum offers various features designed to facilitate convenient and reliable transportation for users across Nepal.

JumJum is developed in collaboration with F1Soft Group, Nepal's Fintech company, and technology partner PickMe from Sri Lanka.

Subash Sharma, CEO of F1Soft Group, said, "The launch of JumJum aligns with our commitment to digital innovation and providing transportation solutions that meet the needs of Nepalis."

JumJum includes features such as seamless payment options through eSewa, multiple booking capabilities, Google Maps integration for navigation, and the ability to book rides for others. According to the company, JumJum prioritizes safety with comprehensive insurance coverage for both passengers and drivers.

The platform aims to create economic opportunities for drivers by offering features like Directional Hires, which match drivers with passengers heading in the same direction.

JumJum is currently offering promotional incentives for both passengers and drivers, including discounts and bonuses.

As JumJum expands its services, it seeks to provide users with safer and more efficient travel options, the company said.
