Laalaa Baala in Kunja Theater

KATHMANDU, June 17: Child artists from School Theater have come together to showcase ‘Heros Don’t Come’ in Kunja Theater, Thapa Gaun. The drama kicked off last Friday and is slated to continue till Monday. Children from different schools are participating in this drama that depicts the perception of national heroes in children’s psychology.

The drama is a part of a campaign, Lalaa Baalaa, which provides children from different schools with a common platform to learn acting every Saturday.  Tanka Chaulagain, the acting instructor, came up with the idea to start the campaign. As a part of the campaign, he is showcasing the drama with the first batch of his acting students. Also, he plans to feature the same drama in three international festivals, and launch a television show 'Laala Baala'.
