Bollywood star Kareena Kapoor Khan who earlier tested positive for COVID-19, took to her Instagram story today and shared a little note with fans as she is counting days to come out of her quarantine period. Giving a health update, she wrote, “I’m still trying to figure out if we are still in covid times or not…anyway day 12…two days to go…stay safe all.”
The actress was detected with COVID on December 3. Although she is feeling fine as she recuperates from the deadly virus, Bebo has reportedly decided to skip the Kapoor family’s annual Christmas lunch with her family as her 14-day quarantine period will not be completed on December 25. She intends to spend quality time with her family and kids once she successfully completes her isolation period, a report on a news portal stated.
Kareena’s elder son Taimur Ali Khan recently turned a year older and celebrated his 5th birthday. The actress, who has been missing her babies dearly, had shared a video of little Tim taking his first steps on her Instagram story. “Your first steps your first fall... I recorded it with so much pride. This isn’t your first or last fall, my son, but I do know one thing for sure… you will always pick yourself up, take bigger strides, and march along head held high... 'cause you are my tiger...Happy Birthday my heartbeat... My Tim Tim no one like you mera beta (my son). #HappyBirthdayTimTim #MeraBeta #MyTiger” she captioned it.
Apart from Kareena, it’s also her best friend Amrita Arora who is currently battling coronavirus in isolation after they contracted the virus over a private dinner party hosted by Karan Johar. Later reportedly Bebo’s house help had also tested positive for Covid, while Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Hiroo Johar and Malaika Arora, who had also attended the party remained Covid negative.
On the work front, Kareena will be next seen in Aamir Khan’s ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’.
