MAW launched JCB Livelink, an innovative technology which allows the user to remotely monitor their machines, amid a function on Monday.
Issuing a statement, the company said that JCB Livelink is an advanced telematics technology which has been designed to monitor machines and help JCB customers get the best possible value and performance out of their equipment.
"JCB Livelink is the first telematics system launched in Nepal so far," Vishnu Kumar Agarwal, chairman of MAW, said. "The system provides information on service, operation and security (SOS) of JCB machines," he added.
