Gearing up for ‘Debut 2019’

KATHMANDU

Kasa, a fashion brand giving new opportunity to Nepali fashion, introduced their special guests and international models on Wednesday in a press meet organized in Hotel Vivanata at Jhamsikhel.

KASA is done with its final preparation of Debut 2019 and the event ‘International Fashion Runway’ will be held on August 30, at the premises of Patan Durbar Museum, Patan. It was informed in the event that the fashion show aims at promoting ‘Visit Nepal 2020’ campaign and to create awareness about Down’s syndrome (DS or DNS).

“Every time we start a new project, the basic knowledge of the place and its environment is necessary. I feel very happy being here in Nepal, due to the hospitality I have received here, I feel that I can direct and blend in well as a photographer,” said special guest Manual Scrima the International Fashion Photographer based in Milan.

At the press meet, it was shared a total of 21 women including national and international models will be seen on the ramp. The show will feature renowned international models like Anjali Lama-First Nepali transgender model, Rewati Chetri-Miss Asia and beauty queen and Indian Model, Anne Kukkohovi-Finnish Super-Model and TV presenter, Melba Emmanuelah-Miss Uninverse Jambia 2018, Alfirda Alifia-Super Model and Face of Indonesia, Nishi Bhardwaj-Miss earth India 2018 and model are going to participate in the fashion show. Also two DS children will be seen walking in Kasa style for DS awareness.

And media personality Malvika Subba will host the show.
