Rojisha is a famous Nepali actor and model. She shot to fame after being crowned ‘Miss Nepal Earth 2013’ and grasped further appreciation through films like ‘Aadha Love’ and ‘Gangster Blues’. Having casted in a number of music videos and commercial adverts, she is currently pursuing her master’s degree in psychology from Tribhuvan University.

In conversation with MyCity’s Aditya Neupane, Shahi shared the lesser known facts about her.

Rojisha loves to read books. Fiction books top her list. She believes flowing with the fictional storiesis the best feeling in the world. Currently she is reading ‘ChauGhar’ by Raj Sargam. Her favorite authors are Amar Neupane and Buddhi Sagar. Rojisha said, “Reading fictional stories helps me to rejuvenate my mind from hectic schedules of my life. It takes me to anentire new world.” She added, “I want to learn Chinese in futures, so that I can read Chinese books.”

Fond of writing

Rojisha expresses that she wants to portray unusual fictional stories of her mind. “Every person has their own preferred stories.Mine is the fictional genre. However, I am deeply touched by current social issues. I want to write something about it as well.” 

Into workout

Most of the people work out for fitness. However, Rojisha takes it as a hobby. Every day, she spends an hour at the gym. She said, “I love working out, especially running. I love working out and can even spend my entire day at gym.”

Obsessed with books

Rojisha loves collecting novels and other books. She shared, “Most of the people go for shopping when they feel bored. I love shopping books.” She has a book collection of over 100 books. “I would have more books, but I distributed to my close friends because ofa lack of space.” Reading one book a day was her new resolution of 2018, however she could not make it.

Dog lover:

Rojisha has a unique bonding with dogs. She has a Japanese Spitz named ‘Duggu’. She shared that few years back, she bought the dog with her pocket money. Hence, she feels like a mother to Duggu. She said, “Duggu welcomes me with a huge heart and makes me forget the myproblemsin life.”
