Know MoreKATHMANDU, May 16: Dr Govinda KC, who has been on a hunger strike since May 11, was admitted to Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital at Maharajgunj on Wednesday evening due to his deteriorating health.
Dr Dinesh Kafle reported that Dr KC’s blood glucose levels have dropped, his heart rate is irregular, and he is suffering from urinary retention. Despite being hospitalized, Dr KC has continued his hunger strike.
This marks the 22nd hunger strike for Dr KC, who is currently demanding the resignation of the Prime Minister.
