Australian Education Fair concludes
Biggest Australian Education Fair ‘Australia Applications Day June 2018’ was inaugurated by Peter Budd, the Australian Ambassador to Nepal on Sunday at Hotel Yak & Yeti, Kathmandu.
According to the press statement released by the organizers, AECC Global, representatives of 28 universities and colleges participated in the event where the students and the parents, visiting the fair, got a chance to interact with the representatives of different Australian colleges directly. The interaction let them understand the courses, fee structure and scholarships schemes.
The main highlight of the event was spot assessment by the representative of the various participating colleges. Additionally, financial, and visa guidance booths were also set where the students got guidance from AECC Global’s expert visa officers.
Representatives of five Nepali banking partners -- NIC Asia, Nepal SBI, Sanima Bank, Siddhartha bank, and Everest Bank – were also seen facilitating the fair visitors. British Council Nepal was also a part of this event.
“If students cannot visit universities then we try our best to bring universities to them through such education fair” the press statement quoted Sailesh Kumar Jha, Destination Head of AECC Global
The press statement further added the event would be taking place in Chitwan at Bharatpur Garden Resort and Hotel Pokhara Grande, Pokhara, on Wednesday and Thursday respectively.
