Apology to you

Apology that I am trying to

Move on and Forget you !!

Apologies That,

I have decided not to replay

All memories and words you say

I am locking them up in my brain

Just to spare myself of the pain,

cause there has not been a day

I have not craved your presence.

The clinking sound of your bangles

And sweet smell of your essence

as the dawn begins and sun sets.

My heart still foolishly waits

To hear the sound of your steps

And me rushing just to open the gate.

But reality strikes like a lightning

You are not here and it is frightening

It is why, my heart starts trembling

So my dear, I thought of escaping
