3 easy everyday exercises to stay fit

Push ups

Pushups are a fast and effective exercise for building strength which can be done from almost anywhere and don’t require any equipment.
Doing pushups every day can be effective as you will likely notice gains in upper body strength.
•    Start in a plank position. Your core should be tight, shoulders pulled down and back, and your neck neutral.
•    Bend your elbows and begin to lower your body down to the floor. When your chest grazes it, extend your elbows and return to the start. Focus on keeping your elbows close to your body during the movement.
•    Complete 3 sets of as many reps as possible.
 

Lunges

Lunges are the perfect exercises to strengthen your lower body. It targets multiple muscle groups like the ones in your abs, glutes, thighs, hips, and calves.
•    Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms down at your sides.
•    Take a step forward with your right leg and bend your right knee as you do so, stopping when your thigh is parallel to the ground. Ensure that your right knee doesn’t extend past your right foot.
•    Push up off your right foot and return to the starting position. Repeat with your left leg. This is one rep. Complete 10 rep for 3 sets.

Jumping Jacks

Jumping jacks are an efficient total-body workout that you can do almost anywhere. It works your heart, lungs, and muscles at the same time. It specifically works your glutes, quadriceps and hip flexors.

•    Begin by standing with your legs straight and your arms to your sides.
•    Jump up and spread your feet beyond hip-width apart while bringing your arms above your head, nearly touching.
•    Jump again, lowering your arms and bringing your legs together. Return to your starting position.
