RAJBIRAJ, Oct 29: Chairman of Federal Socialist Forum-Nepal Upendra Yadav has remarked that the Madheshi Front will amplify protest if today’s talks with government fail to turn 'meaningful'.

“Talk till now have turned out to be mere formality as the government is not serious toward talks,” he said while addressing a press meet here on Thursday, “We will be forced to opt for stern protest if ruling parties fail to come up with a clear view on delineation of provinces.”

Accusing the government of failing to be serious on major demands of the front, Yadav said, “Delineation of provinces, justifiable allocation of power and resources between center and province are our major demands.”

Yadav added that talks will be meaningless if government doesn’t turns positive to their demands, adding that their agitation won’t end if their demands are not addressed through amendment of constitution within 48 hours.

He informed that the meeting of front to be held in Janakpur on Saturday will deicide forms of future agitation.
