Two from Saptari die during employment in Malaysia

SAPTARI, June 18: A youth from Saptari has died in course of foreign employment in Malaysia, just two days after another youth had lost his life in the country.


The second youth has been identified as Upendra Das,26, the son of Rameswar Das of Bhardaha VDC-5 in the district. The reason behind the death is yet to be known, according to his brother Dipendra Das, who also works in Malaysia. Upendra had gone to Malaysia a year ago.

Likewise, Prabhu Kumar Yadav of Barahibirpur VDC-9 in the district had died just days ago. Yadav, who complained of stomach pain all of a sudden in the night, died in course of treatment, his family sources said. Yadav was preparing to return home after a year-long stay in Malaysia when the incident took place.

Meanwhile, both the families here have urged the government authorities to help bring the bodies to Nepal and to their home town for final rites. RSS
