On the occasion, Prime Minister Oli saiud Barpark would be reconstructed as per the plan of developing it as an integrated settlement. The project is going to be constructed at a cost of Rs 30.5 million support of the Care Nepal.He said that the government would provide Rs 200,000 to the quake survivors as grant as well as Rs 1.5 million loan against collateral.
The Prime Minister also expressed commitment to the quake survivors in Barpak that an 'Earthquake Monument' would be constructed and the road up to Barpak would be blacktopped within two years.
PM Oli has now left towards Chhekampar in northern Gorkha to inquire about the condition of the quake survivors as well as roads leading up to Tibet.
Similarly, the PM is also scheduled to visit Karauja VDC in northern Gorkha after Chhekampar, said Chief District Officer, Uddav Timalsina. PM Oli is accompanied by former Minister for Health, Khagaraj Adhikari. RSS
