Prime Minister Khanal arrived in his home district for the first time after he was elected the Prime Minster. Earlier, the locals heavily welcomed the PM upon his arrival to the district. [break]
The officials have completed the process for land annexation to construct the airport in 266 ropanis of land.
About Rs. 20 million has been provided to the landowners concerned as per the compensation after the land annexation for the airport construction.
The PM is also scheduled to address a programme at the district headquarters this afternoon.
