Once loved

I loved like a tide loves the sea, Crashing wild, with everything in me. My heart was a tempest of fire and light, Dancing on the edge of eternity, burning bright.

Blowing through empty corridors of my soul,

A hollow gust where my heart used to beat.

I gave it all, until my hands bled rivers,

Until my veins ran dry, and my voice faded into the storm.

I loved so much I became the love itself—

But now, I am only the void it carved within.

I am the echo of that vanished tenderness,

A ghost wandering through the ruins of my own making.

No more softness, no more warmth—

Just a vessel drained of all color, all light.

The love I carried turned to dust in my chest,

And now I am weightless, floating in the dark,

I once loved like the universe—

But now, I am a star flickering without a spark.
