KATHMANDU, June 21: Nepal's COVID-19 death toll climbed to 23 on Sunday afternoon following the death of a 69-year-old COVID-19 patient from Chhatrakot-5 of Gulmi.

KATHMANDU, June 21: Nepal's COVID-19 death toll climbed to 23 on Sunday afternoon following the death of a 69-year-old COVID-19 patient from Chhatrakot-5 of Gulmi.

According to Ministry of Health, the man was suffering from paralysis had gone to India for the treatment the lockdown period. He had come back to Nepal recently.


The sexagenarian's swab specimen was collected and sent to Provincial Lab in Bhairahawa which turned positive for coronavirus.
