GULMI, March 18: Weekly three flights are to be operated from the Resunga Airport from today. Before this, Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) had been operating flights twice a week - on Wednesday and Friday. The airline is operating one more flight on Monday, said Suman Thapa, the Station Manager of Resunga Airport.
"One more flight has been started with the growing number of passengers. Necessary coordination will be done with the NAC for starting additional flights depending on the number of passengers," he said.
NAC to start two flights a week from Resunga Airport in Gulmi

An 18-seater plane of the NAC has been operating flights on the Kathmandu-Resunga-Kathmandu route in the morning every Wednesday and Friday. The airfare for the Kathmandu-Resunga route is Rs 7,280 while it is Rs 7,080 on the Resunga-Kathmandu route.
Resunga Airport is at a distance of five kilometers from Tamghas, the headquarters of Gulmi district.
