Mohan Vaidya's health shows significant improvement

Mohan Vaidya, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (Revolutionary), has shown significant improvement in his health. He is currently undergoing treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj.

KATHMANDU, June 16: Mohan Vaidya, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (Revolutionary), has shown significant improvement in his health. He is currently undergoing treatment at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj.


Vaidya was admitted almost a month ago due to a chest infection. According to his daughter, Chetna Sharma, his condition has improved considerably after receiving treatment at both BP Smriti Hospital in Basundhara and the Teaching Hospital.

“He has made remarkable progress after almost a month of treatment,” Sharma said. Baidya was kept in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for about 15 days and has now been shifted to a general ward.
